Similar to other software like scrcpy and AirDroid Desktop, Vysor provides emulation, screencasting, and mirroring capabilities. The majority of controls are tied to your keyboard and mouse, eliminating the need for complex interface navigation. Vysor is available as both a desktop client and a browser add-on.

At its core, Vysor is designed for controlling your mobile device through your PC. It utilizes the hardware capabilities of your PC, providing more storage and processing power compared to a mobile device. To get started, simply connect your mobile device to your computer using a USB data cable and enable ADB (Android Device Bridge) on your device. You can download the desktop client or use the web app client, which automatically installs when you run its EXE file. The program will prompt you for security access, allowing you to configure it according to your preferences. Once configured, the menu becomes available for use.

The menu consists of two panels on the top half: the green "Android Devices" panel and the blue "iOS Devices" panel. These panels display the devices currently connected to your PC and Vysor. If no devices are connected, instructions on how to connect them are provided. The menu also lists prerequisite programs or drivers required for proper remote control. Clicking on the hyperlinks redirects you to the developer's website, where you can download the necessary files. The bottom half of the menu displays the Settings and About sections. By default, there are two toggleable buttons under Settings, but you can customize the program through coding. Additionally, you can install camera plugins to integrate Vysor into Zoom and OBS.

Is there a free version of Vysor? Yes, there are two versions of Vysor: the free version and the Pro version. The free version includes the main mirroring and remote control capabilities. On the other hand, the Pro version offers additional features such as fullscreen mode, wireless connections, Vysor Share, drag-and-drop functionality, and access to all future features added by the developer. Vysor Share is a built-in sharing functionality that allows you to share remote access to your mobile device by simply sending a link.
