In this madcap adventure, rival park owner Gene has acquired a time machine and is causing chaos in the park. It's up to heroes Mordecai, Rigby, Muscle Man, and Skips to save the day using their unique and bizarre powers, such as flinging toilet paper, lobbing eggs, and setting off fart bombs. Get ready for a hilariously childish game!

In The Great Prank War, the gameplay revolves around the tower defense genre, but with additional elements to keep things interesting. Your goal is to progress through each level by defeating strange enemies with one of two interchangeable characters. You can also construct towers armed with unconventional ammunition like turkeys, glue, and eggs. As you battle the minions, your character's health points will decrease, but you can switch to the other hero before it runs out completely. By alternating between characters, their health replenishes while they are resting. However, if you fail to switch in time and a character loses all their health, you'll have to start the level from the beginning.

Interestingly, you'll discover that you can simply bypass most of the minions and let the towers do the attacking for you. Once you figure this out, The Great Prank War becomes quite easy to navigate.

The game features four seasons, each with four levels, providing a relatively short but enjoyable battle. While there are side challenges and the opportunity to earn three stars per level, there isn't much incentive to replay the game. Additionally, the absence of multiplayer options may leave some players feeling unsatisfied.

The controls in The Great Prank War are intuitive and easy to grasp. Simply tap on an area, and your character will move towards the designated spot. Tapping on enemies initiates attacks, or you can approach them closely for automatic combat engagement.

The design of The Great Prank War is top-notch, with meticulously crafted park scenarios that change with the seasons. The characters retain their quirky charm from Regular Show, and the music and sound effects add to the fun atmosphere.
