The Realistic Ragdolls and Force Mod is a downloadable file that enhances the physics of the game Skyrim and Skyrim Special Edition (SSE). Unlike other physics mods, this mod focuses on creating a more believable and lifelike experience by simulating realistic forces and impacts within the game.

With this mod enabled, you will notice various changes in how forces affect creatures in Skyrim. Magic and shouts will no longer send creatures flying, but instead knock them back to a reasonable degree. Character models will bend in believable ways when falling, with limbs following correct joints instead of flailing wildly. Arrows will drop enemies to the floor instead of sending them flying across the street. Friction is increased and overall more realistic.

The mod is compatible with most other mods for Skyrim, as long as they do not directly alter the skeleton.nif file responsible for creature skeleton behavior. Exceptions to this include XPSME and Custom Skeleton Replacers, which have settings to work with this mod.

If you are looking to add a touch of realism to your gameplay or prefer a more believable way of knocking down enemies, this mod is a great addition. It is a low-impact enhancement that adds a sense of believability to the way enemies crumple.

Please note that the mod does not receive frequent updates as there are no new features to add. However, occasional bug fixes and new versions may be released.
