You can play as the grandson in solo mode, or compete or team up with your friends in multiplayer.

The game takes place in a large two-story house with a yard and multiple secret rooms. As the grandson, you can pick up a variety of items such as bottles, hammers, grenades, and tasers to use against Granny and reduce her health. To obtain better weapons, you'll need to collect keys and open hidden chests. Granny, on the other hand, can also pick up items, but her main weapon is her powerful kick that can send you flying.

Granny Simulator offers three levels: First Level, Second Level, and H'ween Level (Halloween map). You can play solo, in public, or with friends by hosting a game. If there are more than two players, you can choose to have duplicate characters, resulting in one Granny versus two grandsons or vice versa. However, the 3D models will remain the same. Playing the game will also unlock some cool skins.

All in all, Granny Simulator is a fun multiplayer game to pass the time. Although it may not have a lot of content, the wide map and hidden items provide enough entertainment.
